Japanese Honmaguro Akami Tartare our latest Chef’s Special.
Clean, fresh and full of contrast. Hand-cut Japanese bluefin tuna, vibrant green asparagus, compressed cucumber and our house XO sauce, finished with a crisp lotus chip.
Delicate at first, then the XO brings depth, umami and just enough heat. A dish built around the quality of the tuna, with every element there for a reason.

It is with great sadness that we announce the closure of our Clarke Quay venue, after almost 20 years.
We would like to thank every one of you that has supported us during that time, from the amazing artists that have graced our stages, providing unbelievable entertainment and the army of staff that have worked with us over the years, not to mention the amazing customers who made it all worthwhile.
We are extremely proud to have welcomed around a million customers during our time, we have hosted Grammy award winning artists and offered the finest local talent a stage to showcase their ability. We have also had our fair share of international celebrities pop in to sample our electric atmosphere. It has been an incredible journey, thank you all for sharing it with us.
We also want to thank the Singapore Government, who did everything possible to keep F&B venues like ours running throughout the most difficult of times. No one saw the Covid pandemic coming. To all the other venues still fighting to survive, we wish you all the very best of luck. Keep on fighting!
We never lost our appetite for the fight, but the restrictions on dining in, the reduced capacity and the shorter hours just made it impossible to keep paying full rent. Thank you once again to everyone who has played a part in our story in Clarke Quay up to now, we look forward to welcoming you to our venue at Marina Bay Sands, where our landlord has been magnificent in understanding the situation and offering great support.
Stay safe, stay positive and we look forward to seeing all of you at Le Noir MBS in the future.

To get to Bayfront Avenue in Singapore, you can take the MRT and alight at the Bayfront station. From there, take Exit D and walk along Marina Bay Sands until you reach your destination.
