Because I was so early that day, I decided to make a detour before heading into office, to get what was once my favourite breakfast.
Massive All-Day Breakfast sandwich was a super hearty one and I love it toasted. Egg mayo, mushroom, bangers, bacon, mesclun all sandwiched between 2 slices of multigrain bread, the highlight that bonded it all was the ketchup.
It’s as good as I remember it to be!
