A familiar staple, retold with nuance.
Inspired by the rice traditions of Southeast Asia, from fried rice and mui fan to nasi ulam, Quenino’s version layers house-made X.O. sauce, Chinese olive relish, cucamelon, pickled bean sprouts, and moringa leaf.
Finished with ham floss, it offers a playful nod to Singapore’s beloved duck rice. Comfort, reimagined with depth and delight.

Led by Chef de Cuisine Sujatha Asokan, Quenino’s International Women’s Day series begins with Nourish to Flourish.
In collaboration with Chef Ace Tan, this menu is rooted in the idea that nourishment is a form of support. Shaped by his interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine, his time in Korea, and Chef Su’s own heritage, the dinner brings together bold flavours and ingredients associated with women’s wellbeing, including Zhen bird’s nest and other nourishing elements.
A reminder that eating well can still be deeply satisfying.
Join us for Nourish to Flourish.

Still dreaming about last week at Quenino.
Over two nights, Chef Sujatha Asokan and guest chef Marvas Ng from QĪN Restaurant & Bar filled our dining room with a warm, bustling energy as guests gathered for a four-hands celebration of flavour, culture and collaboration. Together, Chef Su and Chef Marvas brought their shared love for Southeast Asian flavours to the forefront, from delicate seafood courses layered with memory and technique to a reimagined “fried rice” that had the whole room talking. Each plate was matched with thoughtful wine pairings curated by Master Sommelier Mathias Camilleri, turning dinner into a quiet celebration of our region’s ingredients and stories.
Most of all, thank you for filling our dining room with laughter, conversation and empty plates. Here’s to more shared tables, bold flavours and good friends in the new year.
