If you're traveling to Jiak Chuan Road, you can take the MRT and alight at Chinatown station. From there, take Exit A and walk towards Pagoda Street until you reach South Bridge Road. Turn left onto South Bridge Road and keep walking straight until you reach Jiak Chuan Road on your right.
Alternatively, if you plan on driving, you can park at the nearby URA parking lot at Craig Road or look for street parking along Keong Saik Road. Keep in mind that parking may be limited in this area during peak hours.
