Once again, Saboten brings you our well-loved and in-season Hiroshima X-Large Oyster Katsu Special.
These sweet, creamy and rich in taste Hiroshima Oysters are carefully hand coated with our freshly crushed breadcrumb and deep fried to crispy and lovely golden-brown, serves with our homemade tartar sauce.
That's probably the best X-Large Oyster Katsu you will find in town.

It's been almost 2 years since we last served this well-loved Hokkaido Scallop as the harvest from Japan is getting lesser in recent years, especially for the larger size we served in Saboten, Singapore.
This year we only managed to secure a limited quantity from our source. Hence, please come with your friends and family to enjoy these sweet and large Hokkaido scallops handcrafted one at a time upon order by our team of dedicated chefs.

If you're driving, take Nicoll Highway or ECP (Benjamin Sheares Bridge) and exit at Esplanade Drive. Turn left onto Raffles Boulevard and continue onwards until you reach Millenia Walk. There is a car park available on site for visitors.
