Paella at full speed!
Last weekend, the Tinto & Vino Tinto team traded the dining room for the racetrack cooking giant paellas at the Singapore Grand Prix!
Between the roar of the engines and the sizzle of the pan, we served up a true taste of Spain: saffron, socarrat and plenty of sabor.
We feel so lucky to keep cooking for special events like this. Gracias to everyone who stopped by for a plate (or two š).

Last week we had the incredible honour of being invited by the Embassy of Spain in Singapore to celebrate Spainās National Day and even better, we were trusted with the most sacred job of all: the paella. š„
Big pans, slow fire, that golden socarrat at the bottomā¦ and a room full of people celebrating Spanish culture together in Singapore. Ā”QuĆ© orgullo!
