Our Buttermilk Chicken & Waffles brings golden fried chicken together with a savoury parmesan waffle and compressed watermelon. It’s one of the new plates marking our move into American dining in Tiong Bahru.

The parmesan waffle brings a savoury note and browned edges. Alongside it, compressed watermelon adds a cool sweetness that balances the richness.
Fried to a deep golden colour, each chicken piece has a crisp, textured coating that gives way to tender meat underneath.

Our Tiong Bahru home is unveiling a completely new menu and concept: a diner built for people who like their napkins ruined. Think Wagyu smash burgers with crisp, lacy edges. Fried chicken that shatters on the first bite. Hickory-smoked ribs, slow-braised brisket, and plenty of classic American sides to share.
It's a sharp turn from the restaurant many of you have known, and we don't take that lightly. Thank you for sticking with us through our first chapter.
