Cinco Jotas’s Jamón Ibérico has been described by Robb Report as the “Rolls-Royce” of Ibérico ham.
Behind this reputation is indeed a detailed process shaped by generations of artisanal craft.
Made from free-roaming, acorn-fed Ibérico pigs native to the Iberian Peninsula, each slice carries a tender texture and flavours that speak of its origin - from toasted hazelnuts to wild flowers.

Unassuming at first glance, the Pluma Ibérica has remained a quiet mainstay on the menu over the years.
Prepared with an in-house marinade recipe that has stayed largely unchanged from the beginning, save for a few refinements along the way. Finished on the grill and rounded out with smoked potato foam and padrón peppers, it’s a dish that has quietly held its place on the menu.

From the asador to your table.
Rubia Gallega is prized for its mature depth, golden fat and pronounced beef flavour. With a firmer bite than softer, heavily marbled steaks, it offers a more characterful expression of Spanish beef.
Served with Cogollos a la Brasa, Pimiento del Piquillo and Fricandó Jus — charred lettuce hearts, piquillo peppers and beef jus.
A centrepiece made for sharing.
