Crisp on the outside, tender within. Our Salmon & Rosti pairs perfectly seared salmon with golden housemade rosti, silky brown butter emulsion, peppery watercress, and tangy pickled beetroot, finished with a balsamic dressing. It’s no wonder this dish has been a crowd favourite since day one!

For those taking public transport, the closest MRT station to Vista Exchange Green is Buona Vista MRT Station (EW21/CC22). From there, take Exit D and walk towards the direction of The Star Vista. Cross the street at the traffic light and continue straight ahead until you reach Vista Exchange Green.
Alternatively, if you're driving, you can park at the basement car park of The Star Vista or at the open air car park opposite Fusionopolis. From there, walk towards Vista Exchange Green which is located just across the street.
