To get to the East Coast Parkway in Singapore, you have several options for public transport and driving/parking:

Public Transport:
1. MRT and Bus: Take the MRT to the nearest station, Paya Lebar (East-West Line or Circle Line). From there, transfer to bus number 401 or 197 and alight at the Marine Cove bus stop. The East Coast Parkway is just a short walk away.

2. Bus: Take bus number 36 or 196 from any nearby bus stop and alight at the Marine Cove bus stop along East Coast Park Service Road. The Coastal Rhythm area is within walking distance from there.

Driving/Parking:
If you prefer to drive, you can follow these directions:

From the city center:
1. Head east on ECP (East Coast Parkway) towards Changi Airport.
2. Take Exit 7A towards Fort Road.
3. Keep right at the fork and merge onto Fort Road.
4. Continue straight onto East Coast Park Service Road.
5. Look for parking spaces along East Coast Park Service Road near Coastal Rhythm.

From Changi Airport:
1. Head west on ECP (East Coast Parkway) towards the city center.
2. Take Exit 7B towards Marine Parade/Mountbatten Road.
3. Merge onto Fort Road.
4. Continue straight onto East Coast Park Service Road.
