Do you know how the Hakka Yong Tau Foo came about? 🤔

🌍 The Hakka is a dialect group who migrated from Northern China down to the Southern China region. In the north, flour-based food were a staple for them but In the South, flour was not readily accessible... So they ended up stuffing meat into beancurd as a substitute!

Here, our traditional Hakka Yong Tau Foo is coated with our signature minced chicken sauce that is both sweet and savoury! 😋
