Honey Sea Salt Kuih Semperit (Dahlia Cookies) 🍯🌼

Everyone loves the classic Kuih Semperit, but have you ever tried adding a touch of sea salt and premium Manuka honey? This simple swap creates a rich, salted-caramel flavor profile that will blow your guests' minds! 🤯

Here's what you'll need to make about 40 of these buttery cookies:

Ingredients:
150g unsalted butter
40g sweetened condensed milk
30g Nature’s Nutrition Manuka Honey
200g cornstarch
Flaky sea salt for finishing
Optional: chocolate chips or red cherries for the center

Instructions:
1. Create the Base: In a mixing bowl, use a spatula to mash the room-temperature butter, condensed milk, and Nature's Nutrition Manuka Honey together until smooth and creamy. (Do not overmix or whisk, or the cookies will spread in the oven!)
2. Form the Dough: Sift the cornstarch into the butter mixture. Gently fold it in with your spatula until a soft, pipeable dough forms.
3. Pipe the Dahlias: Fit a piping bag with a 1M open star nozzle (or a classic Semperit press). Pipe the dough into pretty dahlia shapes onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
4. Add that Twist: Top the center of each cookie with a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt (and a chocolate chip if you like). The salt cuts right through the richness!
5. Bake: Pop them into a preheated oven at 140°C for 25-30 minutes. They should be firm to the touch but still pale.
6. Cool & Store: Let them cool completely on the tray before storing them in an airtight container.

No-Bake Dubai Chewy Cookies 🍪 💚

You won't believe these require ZERO baking. Soft, chewy chocolate on the outside, crunchy pistachio gold on the inside. Trust us, you need to try this!

Here’s what you’ll need to make 10 servings of these viral Dubai Chewy Cookies:

For the Crunchy Pistachio Filling:
150g kataifi (finely chopped)
20g unsalted butter
250g pistachio cream
Optional: 10 small dried strawberries for a fruity surprise

For the Chewy Chocolate Exterior:
200g marshmallows
30g unsalted butter
15g NN cacao powder
20g milk powder

For the Finishing:
Extra NN cacao powder for dusting

Instructions:
1. Toast the Crunch: In a pan over medium heat, melt the 20g of butter. Add the chopped kataifi and toast it, stirring constantly, until it turns golden brown.
2. Mix & Freeze: In a bowl, mix the toasted kataifi with the pistachio cream until fully combined. Freeze mixture for 15 minutes to firm up, then divide into 10 balls (form balls around each strawberry if using). Place balls on tray and refrigerate.
3. Melt the Base: Sift the NN cacao powder and milk powder together. In a non-stick pan over low heat, melt the 30g butter and marshmallows. Stir gently until about 90% melted.
4. Make it Chocolate: Turn off the heat and immediately add the sifted cacao mix. Stir until smooth and glossy.
5. Cool it Down: Pour the mixture onto parchment paper and let it cool completely.
6. Assemble: Grease your hands with a little oil. Divide the chocolate marshmallow dough into 10 equal pieces, flatten, and wrap each piece around a pistachio ball.
7. Final Touch: Roll the finished balls generously in more NN cacao powder to prevent sticking and add a rich finish.

Golden Honey Butter Wonton Chips 🍯🧈🥨

Looking for that perfect last-minute CNY snack? 🧧 Forget the store-bought jars! These homemade crisps are golden, crunchy, and coated in a rich honey-butter glaze that makes them impossible to stop eating. 🤤

The best part? You only need 5 ingredients to impress the whole fam! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨

Here are the ingredients you need to make one large tub (approx 100 chips):

350g Wonton skins (halved into triangles)
250g of NN Honey
30g Butter
4 Teaspoon of Sesame Seeds
Neutral Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Prep: Cut the stack of wonton skins in half diagonally to create triangles.
2. Fry: Heat about 3cm of oil in a wok or deep pan to 180°C. Carefully drop in 6–8 pieces at a time. Fry for about 1 minute, flipping once, until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
3. Drain: Transfer the chips to a wire rack or baking paper to drain excess oil. Repeat until all skins are fried.
4. Glaze: In a small pot or microwave, heat the honey and butter together until the butter is fully melted and mixed.
5. Finish: While the chips are cool, brush the honey-butter mixture over them and sprinkle with sesame seeds immediately.
6. Store: Pack chips in an airtight container and consume within a week.

💡Bonus Tip: Want to add your own little twist? Here are some variations you can try! 👇

Mala Heat: Add 1 teaspoon of Mala powder (or Szechuan peppercorn powder) into the honey-butter mixture while melting. The numbing spice cuts through the sweetness perfectly!
Chilli Flake Kick: Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli flakes into the glaze for a subtle heat.
Curry Crunch: Add a pinch of curry powder to the glaze for a nostalgic local school-canteen flavour profile.

Tis the season to indulge! Treat yourself to our rich, chocolatey Cacao Chia Pudding!🍫🍮

It’s the perfect healthy breakfast to start a festive day or a guilt-free dessert to cozy up with. 🥣

38g NN Organic Chia Seeds
12g NN Raw Organic Cacao Powder
1/4 Teaspoon NN Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
25g NN Raw Honey
180ml Milk or Plant-based Milk
1 Pinch of Salt

For toppings, you can add:
Fresh fruits (such as strawberries, banana, blue berries, kiwi)

1. First, mix the dry ingredients together - chia seeds, cacao powder, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt. Make sure to break up any lumps (by whisking or stirring).
2. Add honey and half of the milk.

4. Next, pour in the rest of the milk and continue whisking until everything is well combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight. If you are in a rush, you can also serve it after 15 minutes.
5. To serve, slice up some fruits and add them to the pudding. Finish with granola or any other toppings you like.

Glazed Raspberry Honey Sweet Rolls 🍞🍯

Your search for the perfect sweet roll is over! Warm, rustic buns meet a dreamy honey glaze. The result? Simply irresistible deliciousness.

What You'll Need (for 10 Rolls):

For the Sweet Roll Dough:

All-Purpose Flour: 250g
Warm Milk: 120ml
Active Dry Yeast: 4g (Just over 1 teaspoon)
Salted Butter: 45g softened to room temperature
Nature's Nutrition Raw Honey: 10g (About 1 ½ teaspoons)
Eggs: 1 large egg plus 1 large egg yolk
Salt: 1.5g (About ¼ teaspoon)

For the Filling:

Raspberry Jam: 200g
(Optional) Fresh Raspberries: 20g, torn into small pieces

For the Raspberry Glaze & Topping:

Powdered Sugar: 120g
Cream Cheese: 28g softened to room temperature
Hot Milk: 30ml (About 2 tablespoons)
Nature's Nutrition Raw Honey: 30g (About 1 ½ tablespoons)
Freeze-Dried Raspberries: 15g
Granulated Sugar: 50g
Vanilla Extract: 2.5ml (About ½ teaspoon)

Instructions:

1. Activate the Yeast: In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine the warm milk, yeast, and honey. Stir gently and let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy on top.

2. Mix the Dough: Add the butter, egg and egg yolk, all-purpose flour, and salt to the bowl. Knead on a low speed for about 4-5 minutes, until the dough is smooth and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

3. First Rise: Cover the bowl with a clean, damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm spot in your kitchen for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.

4. Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 175°C, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

5. Shape the Rolls: Lightly flour your work surface. Turn out the dough and roll it into a rectangle approximately 23 x 25 cm (about 1-2 cm thick).

6. Fill and Roll: Spread an even layer of raspberry jam over the dough. If using, sprinkle the torn fresh raspberries on top.

7. Cut and Arrange: Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into 9-10 strips. Roll each strip into a coil and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Cover the rolls and let them rest for another 20 minutes.

8. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are a light golden brown.

9. Make the Raspberry Sugar: While the rolls are baking, place the freeze-dried raspberries in a small blender or food processor and pulse until they form a fine powder. Set aside about 1 1/2 tablespoons of this powder for the glaze. Mix the granulated sugar into the remaining raspberry powder.

10. Prepare the Glaze: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and honey until smooth. Add the icing sugar, hot milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until you have a smooth glaze. Stir in the reserved 1 1/2 tablespoons of raspberry powder. If the glaze is too thick, add a teaspoon more milk to reach your desired consistency.

11. Garnish and Serve: Once the rolls are out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes. You can either dip the tops in the glaze or drizzle it over them. Finish with a generous sprinkle of the raspberry sugar. These are best enjoyed warm!
