What people say

Vegetarian and vegan restaurants have become increasingly popular in recent years, as more people are embracing a plant-based lifestyle. Fill a Pita, located on Pickering Street in Singapore, is one such restaurant that has gained a loyal following among vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

What sets Fill a Pita apart is its commitment to using 100% vegetarian and halal ingredients in all its dishes. The menu features a variety of sandwiches made with freshly baked pita bread, salads, dips, and koshari - an Egyptian dish of rice, macaroni and lentils with red pepper sauce. The falafel pita sandwich is the best seller and is prepared in a hybrid Egyptian & Lebanese way. The yoghurt garlic dip is also highly recommended as an accompaniment to the falafel.

One of the unique aspects of Fill a Pita is that everything is prepared on site daily except for the pita bread which is sourced freshly baked every morning from a local bakery. This ensures that customers are always served fresh and healthy food.

Another great thing about Fill a Pita is that they do not charge GST nor Service charge but still provide excellent service every time. The casual attire makes it easy for anyone to drop by for a quick bite or takeout.

Overall, Fill a Pita offers delicious Middle Eastern cuisine that caters to vegetarians and vegans while also being halal-friendly. With its commitment to using fresh ingredients and providing excellent service at affordable prices, it's no wonder why this restaurant has become so popular among locals and tourists alike.
