What people say

Cantonese restaurants are known for their traditional dishes that have been passed down through generations. Hai Tien Lo, located on Raffles Boulevard in Singapore, is an award-winning Cantonese restaurant that offers a contemporary twist to classic dishes. The chefs at Hai Tien Lo use age-old recipes to create a menu that showcases the best of Cantonese cuisine.

One of the standout features of Hai Tien Lo is their dim sum menu. Their selection of steamed and fried dumplings, buns, and rolls are expertly crafted with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. But it's not just the dim sum that makes this restaurant special - their 'new Cantonese' menu curated by the chefs is equally impressive.

If you're looking for a festive dining experience, Hai Tien Lo has got you covered. Executive Chef Ricky Leung presents a six-course festive menu featuring Cantonese highlights with festive accents such as Deep-fried Crispy Aubergine with Foie Gras in Szechuan Spicy Gong Bo Sauce and Wok-fried Diced Austrian M9 Wagyu Beef with Portobello Mushroom and Sliced Garlic. This gastronomic journey through the finest tastes of the orient will leave you feeling satisfied and delighted.

And if you're looking for something unique to start your meal off right, try their Fresh Crab Meat and Egg White stuffed in Chicken Wing. Chef Ricky masterfully removes the chicken meat and bones from the skin before stuffing it with a flavorful mixture of fresh crab meat and egg white.

Overall, Hai Tien Lo is an exceptional Cantonese restaurant that offers both traditional dishes and innovative creations. With its award-winning reputation, delicious food, and elegant atmosphere, it's no wonder why this restaurant is so highly regarded among locals and tourists alike.
