Today, Hai Tien Lo came alive with the extraordinary flavours of ‘Chef Kang x Chef Edden Yap: A Four Hand Collaboration’. ⁣

We were honoured to welcome acclaimed Chef Ang Song Kang to Pan Pacific Singapore for this special collaboration with our Executive Chinese Chef Edden Yap, presenting a refined seven-course culinary showcase.⁣

The experience opened with a cold appetiser trio featuring Jasmine Tea Jelly with Sea Urchin, Peking Duck Skin with Pomelo and Caviar, and Chinese Lettuce with Scallion Oil, followed by a series of signature creations, including a creamy Double-boiled Soup, Steamed Yellow Croaker Belly with Pork Patty and Salted Egg, and Braised Australian Lobster with Basil Leaf, Brandy, and Garlic.
