To get to Joo Chiat Road in Singapore, the easiest way via public transport would be to take the MRT and alight at Paya Lebar station. From there, take bus number 33 or 133 and alight at "Joo Chiat Complex". Walk along Joo Chiat Road until you reach your destination.
Alternatively, if driving, you can take the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and exit at Eunos Road 2. Turn onto Changi Rd and then onto Joo Chiat Rd. There are parking lots available along Joo Chiat Road for those driving.
