Carrot cake is one of those dishes that feels instantly familiar.

Thank you for spending Mother’s Day with us last Sunday. 🧡

It was so nice seeing the tables filled with families, little ones, grandparents, flowers, photos, and all the “Mummy, look here!” moments happening around the room.

Our little ice cream cart had a busy day too. The kids loved it, and the adults? Let’s just say they didn’t need much convincing either…

This Mother’s Day, we’re bringing something a little more personal to the table.

Growing up, our mum always ordered the same thing—a fish burger, every time without fail. So this year, we turned that memory into something of our own.

Introducing our 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘁-𝗢-𝗛𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗼𝗰𝗸, reimagined the Seng House way.

Think a thick-cut Haddock fillet, fried in a golden panko breadcrumb crust for a clean, satisfying crunch. Paired with a homemade tartar sauce folded with fresh dill, sharp cheddar, crisp lettuce and onion, all tucked into a toasted brioche bun and served with a side of fries.
