To all the lovely people we've met the past three years, there's no easy way to say this, but we're going to have to say good-bye for now.

Ambling Turtle was conceived four years ago as a child of passion. Where we lacked in experience, we imagined we could compensate with drive and enthuasiasm. We won't shy away from admitting that we could have done many things differently - more efficiently, with better focus, showing more heart.

We thought we would have more time to learn. But the market (and rent) are stern teachers. With other F&B stalls pulling down their shutters around us, we realistically knew our own time would come.

But this isn't meant to be a bitter post. Instead, true to our roots, we choose to celebrate the sweet moments. To our loyal regulars - always know that you make our day when we spot you walking over from a distance. So many of you have been coming to us repeatedly for months and years, and we cannot overstate how thankful we are for your patronage, because it reminds us that there are, at least, a couple of things that we have been getting right. From the deepest reaches of our shells, Ambling Turtle thanks all of you!

14/15 September will be our last weekend before we shut our doors at The Flow for good. Fingers crossed, this won't be the last time you hear from us 🤞
