The newly dropped Satay Burger.
Beef and Lamb versions are available, with the latter being limited in portions.
Satay gravy (contains seafood, peanuts).
Without over-complicating the taste, it will be kept as true as possible, with the use of cucumbers (clean and refreshing) and onions.

A few items will be dropped this evening.
Giant Pork Katsu BARger (Brioche bun);
Giant Chicken Katsu BARger (Brioche bun);
Kool and the Lamb (Lamb with Mint, Potato bun);
Satay Beef, Satay Lamb (Potato bun).
In line with Encikburger's commitment to a proper BARger, all grilled BARgers will now be served with Potato buns. It is savory, and the structure holds much better when dealing with the juices from the patty.
Many old school, true blue BARger eaters describe having Brioche as a bun is akin to eating a Cake with meat.
That said, Brioche is still available as an upgrade for your Beef or Lamb BARgers. No worries.
The Katsu and Fish BARgers will still be served with Brioche.
See y'all soon.

Experimenting when there's nothing to do.
Grilled Shortplate with Caramalised onions on a Butter-toasted Baguette. A little bit of Signature sauce on some Mesclun. Served as an open faced Sarnie.
A bit of Gherkins brined in dill for that slight tart, to cut through the grease.
Bite sized, maybe 2 bites and done.

These fluffy balls with Ocotopus bits has landed.
Served with a lot of Bonito Flakes, Kewpie Mayonnaise direct from Japan, unlike those found in Supermarkets (if you were to look properly, it comes from Kewpie Malaysia), Togarashi sprinkles (for that slight edge).

What people say
If you're a burger lover, then The Bargers in Singapore is definitely worth checking out. Located within The Cider Pit, this burger restaurant has a simple mission - to produce greasy burgers with awesome drinks. And they certainly deliver on that promise!
One of the standout items on the menu is the "Impossible" Beef burger. The patty is cooked to perfection and basted with their secret butter to enhance the taste even more. It's available in several different varieties, including Barger's Signature, Cheeseburger, The American, The Indonesian, Blackpepper, and Salad.
Speaking of salads, The Bargers also offers plenty of plant-based protein options for those looking for something a little lighter. And if you do opt for a salad with a patty, you'll have two delicious dressing options to choose from - Asian: Wasabi Citrus with chopped mandarins or Western: Balsamic in Olive oil with raisins.
But if you're really in the mood for some meaty goodness, then you won't want to miss out on their latest addition - The Sausage Fest. This platter features pork snail, pork chorizo, garlic pork, chicken cheese and pork Vienna sausages in various sizes.
Overall, The Bargers is a great spot for anyone looking for delicious burgers and drinks in Singapore. So why not head over there today and see what all the fuss is about?
