On 17 April 2026, M Hotel Singapore had the distinct honour of hosting the grand finale of IGNITE! Singapore 2026 by Millennium Hotels and Resorts – welcoming valued leisure, corporate, and MICE partners for an evening of meaningful connection and unforgettable flavours.
As the final stop on this journey, M Hotel Singapore demonstrated the power of heritage-driven hospitality. With sales leaders from across our global portfolio convening in one room, the evening sparked cross-market dialogue, fresh perspectives, and genuine collaboration – all within our stunning Banquet Suite, framed by three panoramic LED video walls and powered by immersive audio.
🍴 Canapés reimagined: A thoughtful nod to Singapore's diverse food heritage – from the bold, earthy depths of an Ayam Buah Keluak Tartlet to the nostalgic sweetness of Kaya Butter Chinese Doughnut Toast topped with fresh grated coconut.
Fusion favourites like Grilled Corn and Beetroot Feta Cheese Roll sat comfortably alongside refined classics such as Grilled Scallop with Braised Daikon. The result? A selection that honoured the past while pleasing the present.
🍳 Live Stations: Guests gathered around heritage favourites – Popiah and Kueh Pie Tee, hand-rolled and crisp, served with homemade chilli sauce.
The Seafood Pao Fan brought comfort in a bowl: fragrant rice drenched in homemade broth, studded with seafood, crispy rice, Chinese celery, and shallot chips.
And for a Western classic with local warmth – Salmon Wellington with spinach and mushroom, finished with a leek-capers cream.
🥤 Beverage Live Station: Teh Tarik pulled to order. Chin Chow chilled to perfection. Soya Bean smooth and comforting. Kopitiam nostalgia, one glass at a time.
From the first canapé bite to the final sip of Teh Tarik, guests experienced the perfect blend of local soul, modern tech, and M Hotel's signature warmth.
