Foie Gras + Unagi = definite crowd pleaser.
Our Kuro Truffle Roll is made of seared foie gras and tender beef wrapped by sweet unagi and a delicate tamago salad. Finished with an elegant drizzle of truffle shoyu and topped with dancing katsuo boshi and fresh chive.

It’s getting harder and harder to think about how to bring the essence of Singapore and greater Asia into our culinary offerings. Weeks spent in our test kitchen, hours upon hours of tasting and refining… we had to dig deep. We scoured all of Singapore, especially Yishun and Sengkang, and even went as far afield as Tainan in Taiwan to find what can push the restaurant scene forward. We invited foodies, influencers, celebrities, chefs, boomers, punks, goths, primary school kids, and others to ensure we had a full range of tastes covered.
Introducing our Bubble Tea Rice Bowl. Brown sugar-glazed South African wild salmon partially farmed, milk-tea infused sushi rice, giant black tapioca handmade pearls, and cream cheese cereal dashi.
Available in extremely limited quantities. Pre-orders starting now for dine-in next week. 29.90 because like any good drug, it took a lot of research.
