Cafe De Hong Kong Cafe De Hong Kong was a cantonese restaurant located at 586 Balestier Road. They served delicious Hong Kong style home cooked food, with their big garoupa fish head dish being a particular customer favorite. The restaurant unfortunately closed its doors permanently in February 2019.
