Our Chicken Parmigiana isn’t just a meal!
It’s a crispy, cheesy, saucy masterpiece. We take a tender breaded chicken fillet, smother it in our signature tomato sauce, and blanket it in melted mozzarella. Served with a side of fresh greens and potato salad for that perfect balance. 🍅🧀
Fun Fact!
Despite the name, Chicken Parmigiana actually didn't originate in Italy! It was created by Italian immigrants in the USA.
In Italy, the original dish is Melanzane alla Parmigiana (made with eggplant). We’ve taken that classic inspiration and leveled it up for the meat lovers! 🍗🔥

Fun Facts: Did-You-Know?
Lava Cake was created by French chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten in the 1980s when he accidentally underbaked a cake. The chef pulled it out too early, and voilà!
Underbaked goodness became a hit! Today it's a signature dessert in many Italian & French food establishments.
Another fun fact: Lava Cake's also known as "Moelleux" in French, meaning "Soft" which fits the texture.
