With these extra sweet and indulgent serves, you can treat your guests to some festive deliciousness this Easter!

๐ซSalted Caramel Bourbon Shake:
Ingredients:
50ml Bourbon
25ml Mathieu Teisseire Salted Caramel Syrup
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice-Cream
Garnish Ingredients:
4 Egg Whites
120ml Sugar Syrup
60ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Method:
Add all the drink ingredients to a blender and blend to a smooth consistency, pour into a milkshake glass, top with whipped cream, garnish and serve.
For the garnish recipe: Put through an ISO whipper
๐ซCandy Bar Hot Chocolate:
Ingredients:
15ml Mathieu Teisseire Sea Salt Caramel Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Gingerbread Syrup
150ml Hot Chocolate
Whipped Cream
Garnish: Crushed Peanuts
Method:
Blend everything together until well mixed.
2. Top with whipped cream.
3. Garnish and serve.

The coffee shop is located at Airport Boulevard #01-K in Singapore. If you are planning to use public transport, you can take the MRT and get off at Changi Airport Station. From there, take the skytrain towards Terminal 1 and alight at Jewel Changi Airport Station. You can then follow the signs to reach the coffee shop.
If you plan to drive, you can take the PIE towards Changi Airport and exit at Exit 2B for Changi Airport Terminal 3. Follow the signs to Jewel Changi Airport carpark (Basement 2) and park your car there. Then, take the lift or escalator up to Level 1 and follow the signs to reach the coffee shop.
