🕗 Working Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Scope:
• Assist in baking preparation
• Decorate brownies and cakes when needed
• Pack and box orders ready for delivery
• Kitchen cleaning and washing duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organize stock properly
• Able to manage the kitchen alone during shift
Requirements:
• Malaysian applicants welcome
• SPM holder preferred
• Must have previous bakery experience
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible and punctual
• Bonus point for fast hiring if food hygiene certified

FULL RECIPE 👇👇
• 250g unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
• 200g brown sugar
• 100g caster sugar
• 2 large eggs (room temp)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 380g plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 300g chocolate chips / chocolate chunks
Cream cold butter with brown sugar and caster sugar until combined.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix lightly.
Sift plain flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix until no dry flour remains.
Fold in chocolate chunks.
Portion it and chill for around 45-60 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 14–18 minutes.
Cool 15–20 minutes before serving.
