Delicious meats like no other! (Featuring Applewood Smoked Pork Boston Butt)
Using the Boston butt cut, we cure it for days and marinate with our secret seasoning mix. We then smoke it with applewood low and slow. This results in a smoky flavourful and soft texture. Our pork is then chopped upon order for our chopped pork and porkmelt meatwiches.

Using the whole ribeye roll, we cure and marinate before smoking it low and slow for hours. This results in a smoky flavourful and tender texture. Our ribeye is then carved upon order for our roast beef and cheesesteak meatwiches.
