By mimicking the fluid, arcing motions of a master barista, Ella solves a complex engineering challenge: maintaining the perfect pour height and speed to aerate the coffee, just like the ‘pulling’ technique in a traditional Teh Tarik. The bean selection process is meticulous, involving a thorough evaluation of quality based on several factors such as altitude, soil composition, and climatic conditions. This rigorous selection process ensures that only the finest beans are chosen, contributing to the unique taste and aroma that Buscaglione coffee is known for.
A traditional Italian roasting method, which involves roasting the beans slowly and at low temperatures helps to enhance the beans' natural flavors, bringing out a rich, aromatic profile that is characteristic of Italian espresso.
