Lining up our limited stock of the Aceh Ribang Gayo Natural, one of our personal favourites and the coffee celebrated for its exceptionally high-quality beans. It is known for its unexpectedly clean, bright, and juicy cup profile.
This lot comes from Pantan Musara, an area renowned for its high elevation, cool climate, and fertile soil, which help to shape the distinctive character. In the cup, expect sweet and vibrant notes of blueberry, red apple, and a hint of jackfruit, rounded off with a smooth, honey-like finish.

Another celebrated comes from the Guji Zone of Ethiopia 🇪🇹, one of the highland regions where the Gesha variety continues to reveal its remarkable clarity and elegance. This washed lot of Gesha varietal highlights the variety’s refined floral character, bright lime-like structure, and beautifully layered sweetness.
In the cup, expect delicate aromatics of chrysanthemum and black tea, followed by vibrant lime brightness and juicy peach. The finish carries a rounded sweetness reminiscent of muscovado sugar, bringing depth and balance to the cup.
A graceful expression of Gesha; floral, luminous, and quietly complex.

New fav coffee alert!
This one's from Quindio, Colombia 🇨🇴 , produced by Juan Puerta of Finca La Sirena. It's a Castillo variety Arabica with an advanced combination of honey process and co-fermentation.
This coffee bursts a sweet jasmine aroma, outstandingly floral for sure, resembling a cup of jasmine black tea with hints of peach-like and lemonade. It lingers with a smooth and rounded finish. An unusually bright, and complex co-fermented coffee, a must try!

Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, a passionate Ethiopian couple, produce this exceptional coffee. They carefully select high-quality cherries from local farmers in Sidama Bensa 🇪🇹

This uniquely processed coffee came to us by way of a 3rd generation Sulawesi farmer named Yolan Tirta as a result of working with farmers in Angin Angin village of South Sulawesi. They have made it their mission to put Enregkang back on the map as a top producer of specialty coffee from Indonesia.
In order to produce this coffee, the fully ripe coffee cherries were carefully picked and sorted, they then went through a dry fermentation step for 48 hours, followed by washing and slow drying on raised beds for 30–40 days. The result is a bright tasting coffee with a mild-to-moderate acidic impression and flavor notes that reminiscence fresh lemonade or a refreshing juice of dried stone fruits, complemented by a touch of sugarcane sweetness!

Las Hermanas is Spanish for “The Sisters”. Ticos and Ticas as what Costa Ricans refer to themselves as. They named this blend Las Hermanas Ticas, the Costa Rican sisters, and the beans come from two practically adjoining farms owned by two sisters who share the same mill, the Cerro San Luis Micro-mill, located at the West Valley, Costa Rica.
This is a single-origin blend, comprising coffee beans of two different varietals. The two varieties of beans used are H1, aptly known as "Centroamericano" from La Alquimia Farm; and SL28, also known as the Kenya varietal from where the SL28 bean first originated from, and these beans come from El Venado Farm.
Both farms are sitting at an altitude of 1300-1600 meters above sea level.
