If you plan to use public transport, you can take the MRT and stop at Tampines station or Tampines West station, then transfer to Bus No. 28, 29, or 293 and alight at the stop opposite Our Tampines Hub. From there, walk towards the direction of Tampines Ave 5 until you reach your destination.
If driving or taking a taxi, follow the direction towards Tampines Ave 5 which is located off the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) exit 4A. Parking is available nearby with options such as open-air parking lots or multi-storey car parks in the vicinity.
