Sustainably raised in Shimane, Japan.
Raised for longer periods than an average wagyu, Juku Wagyu undergoes the ageing process within the cattle's body, allowing for a lean cut with a deep umami flavour.
Served with a side of seasonal salad and a choice of house-made sauce.

A new addition to the menu, the Japanese Inaniwa Udon features thinner noodles than the typical udon, while retaining the same soft texture and smoothness. Packed with tiger prawns and generous slices of pork jowl, a mouthful of the rich flavourful prawn broth would be a soup-er way to warm you up🍜!

1. Take the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) to Changi Airport Station. This station is accessible via the East-West Line (Green Line).
2. From Changi Airport Station, transfer to the Skytrain and alight at Terminal 4.
