Park Bench Deli, located on Telok Ayer Street in Singapore, was a beloved restaurant and sandwich shop that recently closed its doors after 8 years of operation. Despite the closure, the team at Park Bench Deli expressed their gratitude to their loyal patrons and friends who supported them throughout the years.
One of their standout menu items was the Spicy Po' Boy Muffuletta, which combined two classic New Orleans sandwiches into one delicious creation. The sandwich featured southern fried shrimp, mortadella, provolone cheese, and an andouille pork patty topped with olive salad and cajun remoulade sauce all served on a soft potato bun.
In addition to their tasty sandwiches, Park Bench Deli also offered house-fermented hot sauce that added an extra kick to any meal. Their creative menu items and collaborations with other restaurants, bars, gyms, artists, and musicians made them a unique destination in Singapore's food scene.
Although Park Bench Deli has closed its doors for now, they have hinted at future plans to come. We can't wait to see what they have in store for us next!
