Chef Joel's pork braising prowess is showcased at Enjoy Xia Hokkien Mee Kitchen in Jln Besar, where they combine it with aged Chinese wine called Nu Er Hong. The restaurant's secret specialty includes The Har Jeong Sotong Kia, an umami bomb not for the faint hearted. For those using public transport, take the MRT and alight at Stevens Station. From there, take Exit B and cross over to the opposite side of Stevens Road. The destination will be on your left.
For those driving, make your way to Holland Road from any direction. Turn into Steven's Road and continue straight until you see the destination on your right. There is limited parking available at the restaurant itself, but there are nearby multi-story carparks available for more parking options.
