Using high quality A4/A5 Wagyu beef from Japan, the patties consist of a rich and sweet aroma, with a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
The flavour spreads in your mouth when chewing the meat. Wagyu beef aroma comes out strongest when meat is heated to 80°C. Once Wagyu beef aroma has been released, it stays within the meat, even at cold temperature. But we guarantee once you bite into our burger, you would chomp it down so fast there’s no time for it to turn cold.
