For years, many of you have enjoyed the food and hospitality at Pistachio, yet there are two familiar faces behind the scenes whom we’ve never properly introduced.
Meet Chef Khaled Elelimi and Agnes Ho — the people behind Pistachio.
Chef Khaled Elelimi, Co-Founder & Executive Chef, brings over 30 years of international culinary experience, including Four Seasons Resort Maldives and Shangri-La Singapore, alongside experience opening Four Seasons restaurants across Egypt, Maldives and Mumbai.
Agnes Ho, Co-Founder & Business Director, brings decades of hospitality marketing and communications experience, with leadership roles at Four Seasons, Accor and Parkroyal Hotels & Resorts.

Did you know the story behind these sculptures outside Pistachio?
Makan Angin is a bronze artwork by Singaporean sculptor Lim Soo Ngee, depicting a family enjoying a day by the Esplanade waterfront.
“Makan angin” means “eating wind” — a uniquely Singaporean expression for simply enjoying the breeze, surroundings and good company.
