In celebration of International Animal Rights Day, we’re treating our four-legged guests to something special.

This Sunday, every dog dining at WILD/FIRE receives a complimentary Wood-Fired Hamburg Steak.

Made from 100% Stone Axe Wagyu and cooked over Binchotan and apple wood in our signature grill oven, it’s a small gesture for the companions who bring so much joy to our lives.

And because no celebration is complete without dessert, every guest will also receive a tasting of our signature Fior di Panna soft serve, finished with Spanish Arbequina olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.

FRENCH DIP 🥖🔥

If you’ve never had a French Dip, here’s what to expect: a warm, deeply savoury sandwich built for dipping.

Thinly sliced striploin, piled generously onto toasted coca bread, layered with crispy caramelised onions, melted mozzarella & cheddar, gherkins, wholegrain mustard, and a gentle kick of horseradish cream.

The final touch? A side of rich au jus — the beef’s own juices — made for savoury dunking. 🫕🥩

“But I am there for meat, and the burgers, with patties made with Stone Axe wagyu from Australia, are just as good as they were before. The Bear ($20) packs a lot in between two Bakery Brera brioche buns: the wood-fired patty, chilli con carne, truffled mayonnaise, sauteed mushrooms, cheese and cornichons. It sounds like overkill, but that is the one to get if you are hungry.

My favourite burger, though, is the Hot Honey Butter Chicken ($18), not least because I love crunching into fried chicken in a burger. The hot honey richness is offset with pickled chilli, beer-pickled onion and coleslaw.

Also worth ordering is Black Halibut ($18), light years away from the fish burgers at fast-food chains. This one is stuffed with a thick, beer-battered Norwegian black halibut fillet and comes with cheddar, pickled onions and shredded cabbage. Simple and perfect.”

After two years away, the WILD/FIRE Burnt Cheesecake finally makes its return — now at our new home along Mohamed Sultan Road, and with a refreshed recipe. 🧀

Baked in-house in small batches, it remains smooth and creamy, but delicately balanced so it’s never too sweet or too heavy. This time, we’ve added a subtle touch of blue cheese from the French region of Auvergne, bringing just the right hint of funk to elevate its character.

We’re kicking off with Ray Kong: a selector with deep roots in vinyl and deeper instincts for the dancefloor. Born in Hong Kong, now between Shanghai and Singapore, Ray cut his teeth digging records in Windsor, Canada—just across from Detroit. That early love for soulful house and deep techno shaped a sound that’s warm, rhythmic, and always groove-driven.

Expect jazzy edits, cosmic disco, deep house and broken beats—flowing with analogue richness. With releases as Hand Polished on cult imprints like Guidance and Compost, plus gigs from Paris to Shanghai, Ray brings both soul and sophistication to the booth.
