Tender kurobuta paired with asparagus, finished with tobiko, grated parmesan, curry salt and a silky yuzu butter sauce. Rich, savoury, and layered with umami.
Sukiyaki Bolognese Pasta
A comforting twist on a classic. Grilled teriyaki wagyu folded into a sukiyaki-style bolognese, crowned with an onsen egg for a silky finish.
Yuzu Negroni Sawa
Gin, aperol and rosso brightened with yuzu. Lightly frothy with egg whites, citrusy and refreshing with every sip.
Jypsy Wagyu Burger (Weekend Brunch)
Juicy wagyu layered with pineapple, wasabi tartare and crisp shoestring fries on the side. Bold, indulgent and satisfying.
