Celebrating 20 years of Brotzeit means honouring where we come from and the incredible culinary home we’ve found in Singapore.

To mark this milestone, our Group Executive Chef, Lorenz Raich, has crafted an exclusive creation: the Cereal Breaded Salted Egg Chicken Schnitzel.

Inspired by the iconic local cereal prawn, crunchy toasted cereal is blended with traditional German breadcrumbs, curry leaves, and rich salted egg seasoning, cooked to a perfect golden crisp.
