We have revised our LUNCH SPECIAL after collating feedback from our Lunch Customers.

1. We want to thank our loyal fans who have enjoyed our lunch special since its launch in December last year.

2. We have decided to remove Uruguay Ribeye as we have received feedback from some customers that this steak is too chewy/bland/veiny etc... Some customers are truly difficult to handle and please, so goodbye Uruguay Hereford Ribeye, Armoury supports this steak cut for its great value pricing ($18.90 for 220g Ribeye + Soup, Drink, Salad and Fries), but some difficult customers are making it annoying for our staff to focus on delivering their 5 star hospitality.

3. We want to point out that there are times when we face peak capacity with labor constraints, and some harsh customers feel that a "reservation" is a first class entitlement for rapid fire food delivery with a deep lack of patience. As a fast growing small company, we are trying our best to recruit, however, kitchen recruitment is an extremely difficult task in Singapore as many locals are unwilling to work in a small company kitchen and prefer to work in big names and hotels. We urge forbearance on this matter.

4. Adding on to Point 3. Some of these harsh customers are willing to wait 1 hour for Chagee or even 5 hours (LOL to line up for a free CHAGEE). But their hunger make them so angry waiting for Steaks?

5. In many restaurants along Orchard Road, some of these harsh customers are willing to wait up to 1 hour (standing in line to be seated), yet they are nasty when waiting for our kitchen staff to fire up their steaks which is in queue in the kitchen (sitting down at the comfort of plush seats and enjoying our beer o'clock - $7/pint at 730pm which is the peak period on Friday and Saturday).

Concluding Remarks:
Armoury is embarking on a hospitality upgrade to serve fine ladies and gentlemen seeking great value and joining us in the quest for the best value steak - quality steaks, great hospitality, reasonable pricing, happy customers.

We are growing rapidly, and we are learning from the high growth experience as we evolve from a small small company into a bigger small company. We are greatly thankful to our loyal fans who have supported us in our journey.

We are upset that we were unable to meet the standards of harsh customers at the moment, realizing that we have indeed grown into a bigger small company with higher expectations set upon us. We are working hard to resolve this quickly.
