June’s Bread of the Month - Marmite Onion Focaccia.
Caramelised onions in a fluffy sourdough focaccia, layered with marmite for a deep savoury finish. Made for relaxed brunch days. Available from June 3 onwards at all outlets and on cococart.
Fun fact : Marmite is a British savoury spread based on yeast extract invented by the Marmite Food Company in 1902. It was included in soldiers’ rations in World War I and, along with bully beef, Spam and condensed milk, it was popular among civilians and the military between 1939 and 1945.

Apple Walnut Rye Bread ~ May’s bread of the month is a rustic loaf that balances sweet, tart, and nutty flavors.
Studded cinnamon-kissed gala apples and crunch walnuts, this is a bread that you reach for slowly, with coffee or tea, without thinking twice.

We always look forward to rhubarb season when we are greeted by these beautiful, deep pink stalks of vegetable. This year we choose to serve them with our Basque Comte Cheesecake - where velvety creaminess meets springtime brightness.
This is more than your traditional cheesecake: comte adds a layer of depth, and rhubarb’s tartness perfectly balances the richness.

The fun doesn’t stop, we’re doing something a little special for Easter. 🐰
Our fluffy hot cross buns are back! Soft, spiced, and packed with fruit and this year we’re pairing them with a rich sake kasu butter for something a little unexpected.
Alongside them, our frosted mini carrot cakes make their return too. Moist, warmly spiced carrot cake topped with silky cream cheese frosting and finished with delicate edible flowers.
The whole Easter series launches on the 18th and will be available across all outlets.

Bread of the Month: German Rye with Prunes
We’re working with rye flour from Aichermühle, a 15th-generation family mill in Bavaria. The grains are grown by nearby Bavarian farms and milled with full traceability, quality you can taste in every slice.
Rye has less gluten, so the loaf is naturally denser and more compact. But with whole wheat and a long fermentation, it turns moist, tender and deeply flavourful.
Caraway seeds bring a warm, lightly peppery aroma.
Prunes melt into jammy pockets throughout the crumb.
Earthy, gently tangy, subtly sweet.
Toast it well. Add good butter. Let it melt in.
🍓🌿 Pastry of the Month: Strawberry Basil Galette
(Available on weekends only)
Buttery, flaky pastry layered with sweet strawberries and fresh basil for a bright, lightly herbaceous finish. Rustic, fragrant and best shared (or not 😉).

Magao (Taiwan’s mountain pepper) is fruity, citrusy and ma-la all at once. We pair it with roasted mushrooms for a deeply savoury, slow-building warmth.
