We’ve started using traditional Swedish tekaka bread for two of our favourite sandwiches at Fika.
Tekaka are soft, pillowy Swedish tea cakes that are lightly sweet and gently flattened, known for their signature dimpled texture. They are commonly enjoyed for breakfast or fika with simple toppings like butter, cheese, or ham.
Now served on our tekaka:
Traditional Meatball Sandwich (Köttbullesmörgås)
A chilled Swedish classic with buttered tekaka, peppery rocket leaves, red beet salad, tender chilled meatballs, and crisp cucumber.
Shrimp and Egg Sandwich (Räksmörgås)
A Nordic favourite with buttered tekaka, mesclun salad, mayonnaise, fresh-water shrimp, egg, fresh dill, and a bright wedge of lemon.
Simple, comforting, and very Swedish. Perfect with a cup of coffee and a quiet fika moment.

Our Spring 2026 menu begins today at Fika 🌸
One of the highlights this season is our Creamy Dill Mussels.
Plump mussels gently cooked in a velvety dill cream sauce with light aromatics to bring out the natural sweetness of the sea. Served with multigrain artisan bread to soak up every bit of the sauce.

🌿 Spring on a Plate 🌿
Our Rack of Lamb is here to welcome the new season.
Seared and oven roasted to perfection, finished with a fragrant herb crust of mint, dill, parsley, and crushed hard rye crisp bread.
Served with roasted butternut squash, peppers, onion, green and yellow zucchini, creamy purple sweet potato mash, and finished with a fresh mint dressing for a bright, elegant touch.

🍲 New at Fika: Soup of the Day Selection 🍲
We’ve expanded our Soup of the Day menu. Instead of just one daily soup, you can now choose from a rotating selection of freshly made soups, each prepared in-house with comforting, wholesome ingredients.
One of our favourites is the Creamy Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup — slow-roasted red peppers and ripe tomatoes blended until silky smooth, finished with a touch of cream, crunchy croutons, and shaved parmesan.
Perfect for a light lunch or a cosy mid-day treat.

Public transport: Take the MRT to Bugis station (EW12) and exit at Victoria Street side. Walk along Victoria Street towards Golden Landmark Shopping Centre. Turn right onto Arab Street, then left onto Bali Lane until you reach Beach Road. The restaurant will be on your left.
Driving/Parking: Drive along Beach Road until you reach the intersection with Arab Street/Bali Lane. There is limited street parking available nearby or alternatively, you can park at Golden Landmark Shopping Centre or Sultan Plaza which are a short walk away from the restaurant.
