Our harvest 🌱🌾🫘🧺✨
As coffee cherries ripen at different times, only the ripest are carefully selected and picked by hand, while the rest are left to continue maturing. Once harvested, the cherries are gathered into baskets like these and sorted into separate batches based on ripeness and quality before moving on to the next stage for processing.
It’s a slower, more deliberate process, but one that brings out the full richness, balance, and sweetness in every cup.

As harvest approaches, work starts long before the cherries are ready. Coffee cherries ripen at different times, so each one must be carefully handpicked. Farmers select only those at peak ripeness and leaves the rest to mature. It’s a process that takes time, patience, and care.
