Job Description:
• Rinse soiled dishes, glasses, pots, pans before loading into dishwasher
• Handwash items that cannot fit into the dishwasher
• Clean and maintain all trash bins
• Keep floor clean, free of spills, food, and trash and other obstacles.
Part-time Positions:
1. AM Shift
Working hours: 12pm - 4pm
Work days: 6 days/week.
Off-day: 1 day on weekdays
2. PM Shift
Working hours: 4pm - 10pm
Work days: 6 days/week.
Off-day: 1 day on weekdays

We will be closed for the CNY holidays from Thursday 11 Feb 2021 (CNY Eve) to Friday 12 Feb 2021 (CNY Day 1) and will resume business on Saturday 13 Feb 2021 (CNY Day 2).

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Specialized in Asian Cuisine only
- Setting up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment
- Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
- Inform the wait staff about daily specials
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
- Monitor food stock and place orders
- Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
- Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
