This International Women’s Day, we decided to do something a bit more special - we’ve teamed up with .barehands to share the inspirational stories of 3 women, all amazing in their own right.

🍦Vicky (feat. Blue Chai Hokkaido Milk & Blueberry Honey Yogurt ice cream)

Vicky is an Indonesian-Chinese homeschooling mom of 4 kids, ages 2-11. She's lived in Singapore for 11 years now. She deeply believes that the foundational years are crucial to build strong character, attitudes, develop gratitude and to learn to be grounded in God’s word.

🍦Mimi (feat. Blue Chai Hokkaido Milk, Blueberry Yogurt & Milk Cereal ice cream

Mimi is a deaf crafter who makes art for a living. She also invites other deaf artisans to list and sell their art online, or at physical fairs/stores. The art they create ranges from little keychains, painting, postcards, crochet toys.

Mimi hopes that more can be done to empower people with special needs to enable the community with skills, so more may be able to gain more independence, and build self-esteem.

You can invite Mimi and her friends if there is opportunity to list their work, or employ their nifty hands for ad-hoc projects!

🍦Gena (feat. Blue Chai Hokkaido Milk ice cream)

Gena believes that she is an early childhood educator on wheels! She runs an in-line skating school for ages 2.5 to anyone who is a child at heart. Little Wheel Werks also dedicates time to special needs children in their schools.

Gena hopes to see a kinder, more compassionate world, and believes that it starts from home. Fully present, respectful moments with children can have a profound impact on raising peaceful, regulated, loving leaders of tomorrow.

If you like to experience Little Wheel Werks, they have slots for children between 2.5-4 years old. Slide into their DM!
