A Record Year for Service Excellence at CWC 🌟

At Commonwealth Concepts, service excellence goes beyond delivering a great dining experience. It is about the little moments making every guest feel welcomed, cared for and at ease.

This year marks a significant milestone for CWC at the Excellent Service Award (EXSA) 2026, organised by the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS). We achieved a record-high 273 recipients, our highest number to date:

🥈 81 Silver
🥇 63 Gold
⭐ 129 STAR
🌟 7 Superstar Finalists

Making this achievement even more special, Escoto Maria Teresa Ronquillo, Assistant Restaurant Manager at Native Kitchen, was awarded the EXSA Superstar Award Winner for 2026!

With 12 years of service, Maria believes that a memorable dining experience begins with making guests feel at ease. Her personal touch shines especially when welcoming families with young children anticipating their needs, engaging the little ones and helping parents relax and enjoy their time together.
Her impact extends beyond our guests. As a trusted service role model, Maria coaches her team to recognise guests’ needs and respond with genuine care, while fostering the same kindness among colleagues. Maria’s journey is a wonderful reminder that service excellence is not only about what we do, but how we make people feel.

For Samuel Bugay, Chef-De-Partie I at The Marmalade Pantry, watching his daughter Bella Elisa grow into a confident, brave and curious little girl has been the greatest blessing of his life.

And no matter how tall she gets or how far she goes, one thing will never change.
