A little celebration of Mid-Autumn, the Whisk & Paddle way. 🌕 Our Duck Confit takes inspiration from flavours we grew up with — slow-cooked duck paired with creamy taro and roasted pumpkin, then lifted with fragrant osmanthus and a touch of plum. Familiar ingredients, reimagined with a playful fusion twist for a dish that feels festive, comforting and just a little unexpected. Available from 1st September at all outlets.
