Thanks to too much TT and IG scrolling, I somehow went down the Latino rabbit hole and discovered their current obsession with quesillo, a caramel pudding type flannel sold on their streets.

Clubs not resist picking up a recipe and trying it right away. It's a lot firmer than the usual caramel pudding that we're used to but still very nice and milky creamy ♥️ Try it for yrself!

Caramel:
Melt 200g sugar and coat the base of a 7" round tin and wait till it sets

Custard:
6 eggs
400ml condensed milk
400ml full cream milk
100g milk powder
Vanilla
Salt
Blend everything together and sieve the mixture slowly on top of the hardened caramel. Bake in a water bath for 2 hours at 180C with a foil covering the top of the baking tin
Once set, cool in fridge for a couple of hours, preferably overnight
Flip it out on a plate and serve!

Come and get your hands on some real bread kneading and baking! We'll show you the tips and tricks to master the Asian-style baguette - soft pillowy insides with a thin shattering crust perfect for dunking in your fav gravy or with lashings of butter for a loaded sandwich!

In this workshop, we'll make a pan of sabsuka as well! So you'll get to sample yr freshly baked bread on the spot PLUS bring home more and all the bread you bake.

To get to the bakery and dessert restaurant, take the MRT and alight at the nearest station. From there, head towards the exit and turn left. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach a junction, then turn right. Continue walking straight and you will see the destination on your left.

For those driving, take the expressway and exit at the nearest exit. Follow the signs towards the city centre and look for parking options nearby. The destination is located along one of the main roads in the city centre, so it should be easy to spot from afar.
