Crispy edges, chewy centre filled with soft brown sugar mochi... this one has certainly become a quiet favourite on our menu.
Some time back, one of you left us a sweet handwritten message - it was such a small gesture, but it warmed our hearts more than they might ever know 🥰
We are uncertain about the future, with the f&b scene feeling more volatile than ever and many of our peers struggling under rising costs. But little moments of encouragement like this carry strength across the whole community - for us, and for our fellow friends in the industry.

From Christmas to Lunar New Year and now heading into Hari Raya, it’s honestly been a whirlwind for us - filled with back-to-back events, late nights in production, and so many moving parts behind the scenes. Tiring, but in the most fulfilling way.
We’re truly so grateful to be part of so many of your celebrations 🥹 Whether you reached out for our live stations, or have been quietly supporting our seasonal bakes year after year - we don’t take any of it for granted.
