LAPSANG SOUCHONG TEA EGG
Our take on the traditional herbal tea eggs. Eggs marinated and chilled in a herbal blend of smoky lapsang souchong and spices, resulting in a deep and aromatic flavour.
Lapsang Souchong is a Chinese black tea known for its distinct smoky aroma and bold, robust flavour, traditionally smoke-dried over pinewood fires.
Available at our teahouse in limited portions.
