31/12/2025
With a very heavy heart, we say goodbye to 2025 and to this chapter.
Chefβs Tavern is officially closed.
This is not how I imagined ending the year, nor how I hoped to part with a place that carried so much heart, sweat, and love. Just a few days before Christmas, we had to leave our premises. After months of trying to hold on amid rising costs and mounting rental pressures, it became impossible for us to continue.
What hurts the most is not being able to welcome you during the Christmas period. Knowing that many of you had plans, celebrations, and moments you trusted us with, and having to cancel so suddenly, truly broke my heart. Thank you for your understanding, kindness, and grace during an incredibly difficult time.
To my team: thank you from the bottom of my heart. You showed up every day with professionalism, resilience, and pride, even when times were uncertain and challenging. I will always be grateful for your hard work, loyalty, and belief in what we were building together.
To our diners, regulars, friends, and supporters: thank you for filling our restaurant with life. For choosing us, returning to us, celebrating with us, and standing by us. Your support meant more than you know, and it will stay with me always.
A heartfelt thank you as well to the newly found friends, creators, and KOLs who supported us and helped amplify our journey.
We are also deeply grateful to our suppliers and contractors for their patience, understanding, and support as we navigated an incredibly challenging transition.
This chapter may have ended, but my journey as a chef continues. I will now be focusing on my private dining experiences, where I can continue doing what I love most: cooking for people and creating meaningful moments around the table. I hope you will continue to support me there.

This is not goodbye forever.
Just goodbye for now.
From the bottom of my heart, a big thank you for everything.
