This initiative allows our beneficiaries with autism the opportunity to experience meaningful engagement and a way to contribute back to society.
In addition to being trained in farming skills such as germination, transplanting, and harvesting, the beneficiaries also learn valuable work and social skills which help them lead more independent lives.

DO YOU KNOW? “Yukimuro” is a 200 year-old preservation technique employed in the wintry region of Niigata, which sees one of the heaviest snowfalls ❄️ in Japan.
Hakkaisan Snow Aged Junmai Daiginjo 8 years is gently matured using this method with the utmost love and care, resulting in a sake that is almost clear in clarity unlike other traditional aged sake. The taste is elegant yet complex with a slight umami. On the nose, one gets aroma of honeydew and pear, with flavours of melon and peach. Mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing with a slight dry aftertaste. This is a perfect sake for pairing with grilled meats and yakiniku!
