Layered with house-made almond praline, 65% Kalingo crèmeux, and torched coffee marshmallow atop an Oreo choux, our take on the classic lets each element shine through with every bite.

Celebrations just got sweeter at ASAP & Co! Meet our two new whole cakes by Chef
The Matilda is a decadent three layered chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache, sauce and topped with a silky mousse.
The Charlotte is a classic, bright and delicately refreshing. Lined with our house made ladyfingers, it is layered with white chocolate vanilla ganache and macerated elderflower basil strawberries then crowned with fresh berries to finish.
Each cake is 6" and serves 4 to 6. It is available for dine-in or takeaway with a 2-day pre-order.

Something sweet is coming tomorrow. Our Crema Catalana, developed by Chef Lutfi, is our take on a classic done the ASAP way.
Enjoy a crisp caramel top that cracks into a smooth, airy custard, topped with mille-feuille crunch, delicate honeycomb and meringue. It’s the kind of dessert that keeps you going back for more. Come crack into it while it’s still our little secret.

To mark the occasion, all mums dining with us on the day will enjoy a complimentary Bread Pudding! Made with sourdough, orange cream, and kombu caramel.
